Welcome to Xaura. Xaurathelabel.com and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit or purchase at xaurathelabel.com, you accept these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future xaurathelabel.com service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with xaurathelabel.com, whether or not included in the xaurathelabel.com Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Website. If you do not agree to any of these changes, you must discontinue using the Website. 

Xaura reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including and not limited to the unavailability of any product, an error in price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.

Until Xaura confirms the sale and receives full payment for an article of any description, Xaura remains the lawful owner of the article. Under this T&C, your contractual agreement with Xaura comes into effect once your payment is successfully made.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

PRODUCTS & PRICES: 

All XAURA content, products and prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice at anytime. Xaura and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of our products, including the colours and the prints. All prices are in NZD and therefore all transactions will be charged in NZD.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE:

All Xaura’s products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. 

PROMOTION CODES:

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Any refunds provided in relation to goods purchased using promotional codes will be equivalent to the discounted purchase price and not the normal retail price. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Only one promotional code per customer can be used.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders are products that will be available in the future as per the date on the description but can be booked in advance. Pre-orders give you the advantage to guarantee your purchase before it has been released, as they are often a limited or made to order items. We often encourage you to secure them, however we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre order. We do not take cancellations on pre orders, same exchange and return policies to normal purchases apply.

Pre-order shipment dates are made to be as accurate as possible, however sometimes for unforeseen reasons they may be dispatched earlier or later than the set date. In the event that this occurs, we will notify you via email.

PRE-ORDER TERMS + CONDITIONS:

All pre-order items are not yet in stock and cannot be shipped until the advised shipment date.

All pre orders must be paid in full to secure your order and pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

The time frames of arrival are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time. We do our very best to reach these dates.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

 Once payment has been made and your confirmation e-mail has been sent, we are unable to cancel orders. We always try and prepare items for immediate shipping, and get them out to our customers as soon as possible. Once this process has commenced we are, unfortunately, unable to comply with any cancellation requests.

ORDER PLACEMENT/PAYMENT:

All orders are subject to approval by XAURA and we will confirm the order by sending you a Confirmation via email.

We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA or Paypal. We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. For further information about Paypal or to create a Paypal account please visit paypal.com

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory.  We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.
