We provide Xaura all across the globe via New Zealand Post.

  • All orders are processed within 4 working days - except weekends or public holidays. 
  • We will email you a tracking number after your order is sent.
  • All packages must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number. Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been sent.
  • If you have any special or urgent delivery requests, please email hello@xaurathelabel.com before purchasing.

New Zealand: 2-5 working days - $10 flat rate

Australia: 3-10 working days - $25 flat rate

Rest of the world: 3-10 working days - $50 flat rate

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

CUSTOM DUTIES
All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. Delays due to custom procedures are beyond the control of Xaura and must be resolved by the customer. For further information, we recommend contacting your local custom office.

Xaura is not responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be incurred at your country’s borders. We are legally obligated to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
